How the score is calculated
Each question has a weight and the weights add up to 100. Yes earns the full weight, "Not sure" earns 40% (it usually means the item is worth checking), and No earns zero. The weights are my own judgment of what matters most to customers finding and trusting a listing. They are not Google's formula, and a higher score is not a promise of higher rankings.

Nobody outside Google can promise rankings. These are widely recommended basics that help customers find and trust your listing. Results vary.
